About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Interim HealthCare. As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to patients, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating, and nutritional intake.
  • Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises to help patients maintain their mobility and independence.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, measure intake/output, and document any changes or concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of home health nurses and aides to ensure patients receive comprehensive care and support.
  • Observe patients and notify supervisors of any issues requiring a change in care, medication, or medical equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Colorado.
  • CPR Certification (demonstration course required).
  • No Covid Vaccination Required.
  • Pass a background check and drug test (we are required to test for THC).
  • Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
