Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant

At Interim HealthCare, we're passionate about delivering exceptional care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to seniors and individuals with chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
  • Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and document any changes
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure a patient's care plan is followed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Colorado
  • CPR Certification
  • No Covid Vaccination Required
  • Pass a background check and drug test
  • Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
