We are seeking licensed clinicians to join our team at Thriveworks, a clinician-founded national private practice group with locations across the United States. As a Licensed Talk Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide telehealth and face-to-face sessions to clients in Philadelphia, PA.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to $104,400, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Our benefits package includes guaranteed pay, paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, and additional bonus opportunities.

Job Description

As a Licensed Talk Therapist, you will be responsible for providing mental health services to clients. This will involve conducting sessions, assessing client needs, and developing treatment plans. You will also have the opportunity to participate in case consultation groups and receive support from our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)
  • LCSW or LMFT or LPC
