Job Summary

We are seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team at Ellie Mental Health - 196. The ideal candidate will be a licensed clinician with experience in evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating treatment plans, and providing excellent customer service. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their goals and overcome challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Provide empathetic and effective therapy sessions to help clients manage symptoms and improve their overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions, including documentation of diagnoses, treatment plans, and session notes.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements
  • Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) and relevant experience in mental health settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems and Office 365 is a plus.
