Job Title: Glazier and Flat Glass Installer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Glazier and Flat Glass Installer to join our team at Glass Doctor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing flat glass products for doors, storefronts, windows, showers, mirrors, tabletops, and other glass-related items.

Responsibilities:

  • Install flat glass products with precision and attention to detail.
  • Perform repairs as necessary.
  • Cut glass to size for custom projects.
  • Take precise measurements to ensure materials meet specified dimensions.
  • Evaluate the rest of the customer's home or business to determine other needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and put customers at ease.
  • Collect payment from customers for the work performed.

Requirements:

  • One year or more of glass installation experience, with glass cutting experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the basic tools of the trade.
  • Must be insurable with a valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. independently.
  • Comfortable with heights, ladders, and lifts.
  • Comfortable using mobile technology and digital software.

Pay Range: $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
