Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crown Moulding Specialist to join our team at MASTERS OF MOULDING LLC. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality crown moulding, trim, casing, and base board installations to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install crown moulding, trim, casing, and base boards to exacting standards
  • Work safely and efficiently on ladders and at heights
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure seamless project execution
  • Track inventory and anticipate upcoming needs to maintain a smooth workflow
  • Adapt to our installation process and procedures
  • Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a journeyman in the trade
  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations
  • Safe and experienced use of ladders
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
