Reconstruction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, insurance restoration, and project management. They will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Plan, schedule, and oversee all construction projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and make adjustments as necessary.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain a strong commitment to quality and safety. Implement and enforce quality control measures. Address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on insurance restoration.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
