Your primary responsibilities will include working directly with customers to explain product features and benefits, confidently answering inquiries, and reporting customer feedback to Senior Management and clients. You will also analyze client acquisition metrics and KPIs to maximize sales and drive revenue, while adhering to our clients\u2019 compliance standards and maintaining professionalism throughout the sales process.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with strong written and verbal communication skills, who is eager to improve current skills and develop professionally.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Work directly with customers to promote our clients\u2019 brands, products, and services
* Explain product features and benefits to customers and confidently answer any inquiries
* Report customer feedback to Senior Management and clients, providing feedback on areas of improvement
* Analyze client acquisition metrics and KPIs to maximize sales and drive revenue
* Adhere to our clients\u2019 compliance standards and maintain professionalism throughout the sales process
* Drafts, organize, and maintain sales contracts on behalf of our clients
* Attend in-person and virtual meetings with fellow Client Support Representatives to develop customer service, sales, and leadership skills

**Requirements:**

* 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or any client-facing role is preferred but not required
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills
* Eager to improve current skills
* Ability to grasp new concepts quickly to develop professionally
* Ability to confidently present information to clients, customers, and teammates
* Basic knowledge of the sales cycle is a plus
