Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food items following standardized recipes efficiently.
  • Assess food and supply needs, coordinating meal preparation with service times.

  • Oversee the proper preparation, portioning, and serving of meals as per the menu and recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards in the kitchen.
  • Adhere to safety and loss prevention protocols.
  • Manage food storage, ensuring compliance with labeling and dating requirements.
  • Perform cleaning duties as assigned.
  • Follow all regulations regarding food handling and safety.
  • Maintain records related to food safety and equipment.
  • Complete additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in food preparation and menu planning.
  • Culinary training or apprenticeship is a plus.
  • Food Services Sanitation Certificate is preferred.
