Responsibilities
  • Serving Guests: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Opening and Closing Tasks: Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the restaurant, restocking supplies, and conducting inventory.
  • Restaurant Management: Supervise staff, manage cash handling and payment procedures, and maintain Health Department Standards throughout each shift.
  • Menu and Product Knowledge: Master menu and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers and make recommendations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Experience: Prior food service experience preferred.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, reach, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job.
