- Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Experience: Prior food service experience preferred.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and provide exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, reach, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job.
