Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinic Nurse, RN to join our team at WelbeHealth. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our seniors in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to patients in the WelbeHealth clinic, including vital sign checks, medication management, and wound care.
  • Collaborate with Medical Assistants to perform procedures and provide clinical support as needed.
  • Educate patients and family members on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
  • Record patient care delivery and implement nursing measures to address impending or associated problems.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred.
  • Two (2) years of nursing experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population, preferred.
  • Unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Bilingual Spanish.
