Lead the Way with VIRELLA

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team at VIRELLA. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and lead a small team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Supervise and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track daily activity and report on team performance.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
