  • Ordering and Receiving: Order inventory through our multiple vendors, receiving and checking the quality.
  • Team Dynamics: Promote a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house teammates.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure great service and speed.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen clean and sanitized.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Check kitchen equipment and make sure it's working well; get it fixed fast if it's not.
  • Safety and Compliance: Make sure the kitchen and team meet safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
  • Administrative Tasks: Fill out Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and do Inventory Rotation (FIFO).

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in the hotel or restaurant industry is required.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and beverage service.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in inventory control, shift management, and cost control.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to properly lift, pull, and/or push up to 50 lbs.
