As a Per Diem Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your critical care skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in rapid response and code events, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, utilizing electronic medical records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in critical care or long-term acute care.
