Job Title: Per Diem Nurse

Select Medical is seeking a skilled Per Diem Nurse to join our team in Tucson, Arizona.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Per Diem Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Critical Illness Recovery Hospital. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and promote a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a Critical Illness Recovery Hospital or similar setting.
