Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure effective project execution.
  • Oversee external contractors to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of external contractors, ensuring adherence to software design and development standards.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the IT sector; prior experience in vendor management is highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in business analysis and project management.
  • Experience with GIS or 3D modeling projects is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of GIS, 3D modeling, cloud technologies, web applications, and JEE technology is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Unity, BIM, and ESRI products is preferred.
  • Excellent business acumen, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills.
  • Adept at teamwork and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
