About the Role

Columbia Sportswear is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal PT Footwear Retail Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding to consumer questions and issues, and engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Perform all required cash register transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, and processing incoming and outgoing product flow.
Requirements
  • No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
  • 2 (or less) years of experience in a sales or retail role.
  • Skill operating a Point of Sales (POS) system and other in-store computerized systems.
Work Environment

This role requires frequent movement and physical activity, including adjusting and moving items weighing up to 40 lbs. You will also be required to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing sales floor conditions.
