Pediatric Emergency Medicine Division Director at Riley Hospital for Children

We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Division Chief of Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Riley Hospital for Children. As a key member of the department, you will have the opportunity to articulate and execute a vision that will improve the health and well-being of children.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of 32 pediatric emergency medicine faculty members who staff the emergency departments at Riley Hospital for Children and IU Health North.
- Oversee the fellowship program and combined residency training program.
- Develop and implement academic and clinical missions that align with the department's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with IU Health Physicians and IU School of Medicine to advance the department's mission.
**Requirements:**
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatric Emergency Medicine or a combination of Emergency Medicine and Pediatrics.
- Qualifications for appointment as Associate or Full Professor.
- Background in leadership, scholarship, and teaching.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
