We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the Pediatric Emergency Medicine Division at Riley Hospital. As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of pediatric emergency care and drive excellence in every aspect of the tripartite mission.
Position Details- 50% clinical and 50% academic responsibilities
- Lead a team of 32 pediatric emergency medicine faculty members
- Oversee fellowship program and combined residency training program
- Drive academic and clinical missions
- Dual employment with IU Health Physicians and IU School of Medicine
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatric Emergency Medicine or combined EM and Pediatrics
- Qualify for associate or full professor rank
- Background in leadership, scholarship, and teaching
- Demonstrated leadership ability and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
