- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on consumer-facing products and large-scale B2B/C products.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products and features that drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience working with digital accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
- Experience with assistive technologies and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
At Walmart, we offer a competitive salary range of $143,000.00-$286,000.00, as well as annual or quarterly performance bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. Additionally, we offer paid time off, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting leave.
