Responsibilities
  • Assist healthcare providers with procedures, exams, and patient care
  • Manage patient records, including updating medical histories and documenting test results
  • Communicate with patients and families, providing education and support as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing medical records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Registered or Certified Medical Assistant required
  • Healthcare Provider BLS certification required
  • Previous medical back office experience or medical assistant training preferred
  • Experience in applicable specialty area preferred
Skills and Qualities
  • Patient Care: Possess the skills and knowledge needed to assist and care for others
  • Adaptability/Flexibility: Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to situations that may arise with high-risk or diverse patient populations
