Our Primary Care teams are dedicated to delivering personalized, patient-centered care that addresses the unique needs of each individual.
Responsibilities- Assist healthcare providers with procedures, exams, and patient care
- Manage patient records, including updating medical histories and documenting test results
- Communicate with patients and families, providing education and support as needed
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing medical records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Registered or Certified Medical Assistant required
- Healthcare Provider BLS certification required
- Previous medical back office experience or medical assistant training preferred
- Experience in applicable specialty area preferred
- Patient Care: Possess the skills and knowledge needed to assist and care for others
- Adaptability/Flexibility: Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to situations that may arise with high-risk or diverse patient populations
- Communication: Effective written and oral communication skills to explain complex issues and exchange information between team members
- Team Building: Ability to work, function, and communicate on a multi-disciplinary team
- Medical Terminology: Knowledge of medical records, procedures, and terminology
The physical demands of this role include:
- Walking and inclining

- Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed
