Job Overview

Delfino Madden LLP is in search of a skilled Corporate Attorney to enhance our legal team. Our corporate practice group offers comprehensive legal services to both nonprofit entities and for-profit organizations, while also serving as legal advisors in various real estate, financing, and joint venture agreements, including mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of transactions on behalf of clients.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in corporate law, real estate, or transactional law.
  • Exceptional research and document drafting capabilities.
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Reasonable annual minimum hours requirement.
  • Competitive salary range for attorneys with three to five years of experience is between $175,000 and $190,500.
