Job Summary:

This role will lead and support the organization's HR programs and policies, focusing on talent management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance, and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will serve as a key business partner to plant Supply Chain leaders, driving positive employee relations and engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Management Strategy: Develop HR strategy to advance local implementation of regional and global functional business models, analyzing metrics to create and implement action plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Human Resource Consulting: Act as a consultant to Business Leaders for Human Resource issues, including career development, staffing, discipline, performance evaluations, and talent management, while leading positive employee relations and engagement programs.
  • HR Services: Understand business needs and translate them into HR services and feedback to the HR COE, ensuring standardized processes and strategic services are implemented.
  • Policy Implementation: Lead, support, and deploy HR programs and policies related to employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance, and talent acquisition.
  • Process Standardization: Ensure balanced business and people needs while driving Company-standardized processes into the location.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Lean and Quality initiatives to ensure success of continuous improvement.
  • Health & Safety: Work with Health & Safety professionals to ensure successful health & safety programs.
  • Communication: Develop and deploy effective communication strategies for the location (i.e., newsletters, plant meetings, technology, etc.).
  • Conflict Resolution: Partner with plant leadership and employees regarding employee relations and conflict resolution by building strong partnerships and facilitating resolution between employees and leaders.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with all State and Federal laws, rules, and regulations concerning employment, workers' compensation, and safety regulations.
Scope & Impact:

This role provides leadership and functional support for all employees and management team within the location. As part of the core team, the incumbent will meet the annual operating plan and strategic plans of the region, supporting a population of 1,000-2,000 employees with payrolls of $40M-$80M and sales of $350M-$550M.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with 8-10 years of experience, including 5+ years of leadership/supervisory experience or equivalent.
  • Effective Communicator
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Solid knowledge of HR analytics
  • Travel Required: 10%
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
