- Foster Collaborative Relationships: Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with departmental leaders, store leadership, and 1P/3P partners, such as Amazon delivery drivers.
- Lead and Develop Team Members: Foster a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale, developing, coaching, mentoring, and motivating Team Members to achieve their full potential.
- Maintain Safety and Security: Ensure that Team Member safety and security standards are maintained, and that all equipment and facilities are secure and well-maintained.
- Comply with Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- 12+ Months Retail Experience: A minimum of 12 months of retail experience is required for this role.
- Lifting and Standing: Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday.
- Hand Use and Work Environment: Must be able to use hands for single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling, and work in a wet and cold environment.
- Exposure to Chemicals and Extreme Temperatures: Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and extreme temperatures (below 32°F, refrigerators, and above 90°F).
Whole Foods Market offers a competitive wage range of $30.20 Hourly, commensurate with experience. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan benefits, store discount, paid time off, and access to other benefit programs. Eligibility for Whole Benefits is determined under the terms of the applicable Whole Benefits plan at a person's date of hire.
