Position Overview:

The Production Runner plays a vital role in supporting the talent and overall production of live events. Maintaining confidentiality is paramount in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various logistical tasks related to the production.
  • Deliver food and beverages to artists and crew members.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of stage and backstage areas.
  • Support the distribution of show passes and guest lists.
  • Collaborate with the Green Room Server to meet the needs of the talent.
  • Perform opening, running, and closing duties in accordance with company policies.
  • Utilize local knowledge to locate restaurants, stores, and attractions as needed.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and provide proof of insurance.
  • Uphold safety and sanitation standards throughout the venue.
  • Stay informed about all music and promotional events occurring in the venue.
  • Exhibit exceptional knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications:
  • State or County Licensee or Certification Requirement / Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work late hours and adapt to a varied schedule.
  • Strong communication skills and punctuality.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live music setting.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, often loud environment.
  • Capability to lift or move items weighing up to 25 lbs. using proper techniques.
