Your Responsibilities as a Culinary Specialist

As a Full Time Culinary Specialist at Four Winds Manor, Inc., you will be instrumental in delivering nutritious meals to our residents and guests. You will prepare and present food in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring sanitary conditions to promote the health of those we serve. Your commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality will be essential in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.

Are You the Right Fit?

To thrive as a Full Time Culinary Specialist at Four Winds Manor, Inc., candidates should have a solid foundation in culinary skills and techniques. A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with two to three years of cooking experience. A Serve Safe Certification is highly desirable to ensure a comprehensive understanding of food safety practices.

Experience in preparing meals for older adults with specialized diets is greatly valued, demonstrating a dedication to addressing specific dietary needs and preferences. Proficiency in modifying recipes and menus to accommodate various dietary requirements is crucial for success in this role.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Certification: Serve Safe Certification highly preferred.
  • Experience: Two to three years of cooking experience. Experience with older adults with modified diets is highly desirable.
