**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our team at Oneida Nation Enterprises, LLC. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality desserts and pastries in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and cook a variety of desserts and pastries, including cakes, pies, and pastries
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with other kitchen staff to meet production demands
• Develop and implement new recipes and menu items, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer requests and feedback in a professional and courteous manner

**Requirements:**

• 2+ years of experience in a pastry or bakery environment
• Strong knowledge of baking and pastry techniques, including cake decorating and sugar work
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting production demands and deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with others
• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred
