As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while managing inquiries from clients, internal staff, and external partners. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support by addressing calls from customers and other stakeholders.
- Utilize your knowledge of banking products to offer relevant solutions based on client requirements.
- Assist clients with issues related to online and mobile banking services.
- Monitor for unusual transactions and report any suspicious activities to the designated departments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including BSA, fraud prevention, and adherence to the policies and procedures of Bank of Hope.
- Maintain adherence to your work schedule and meet both quantitative and qualitative performance goals.
- Provide limited support to various functional areas within Retail Banking and collaborate with business partners.
- Contribute to process improvements, engage in peer coaching, and assist in training initiatives.
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
- Experience: 1-5 years in a relevant field.
- Language Proficiency: English and Korean preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer applications and MS Office; experience with mobile devices is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, active listening, and the capacity to convey empathy and professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Willingness to accept feedback, seek assistance, and work cooperatively with colleagues.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to multitask, think creatively, and apply logical reasoning to solve problems.
- Adaptability: Resilient in the face of change and capable of thriving in dynamic environments.
- Preferred Experience: Background in customer service, call center operations, or banking.
The salary for this full-time role ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, in addition to bonuses and benefits. Salary determinations are based on qualifications, experience, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on individual skills and experience.
