Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing staff on various shifts and units. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, EMR experience, and a creative approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities
  1. Plan, coordinate, and direct nursing staff for various shifts on assigned units.
  2. Evaluate staff performance and activities to ensure optimal resident/patient care.
  3. Participate in the formulation, implementation, and interpretation of nursing policies and procedures.
  4. Conduct rounds on all residents on assigned units and review chart documentation.
  5. Collaborate with the Staffing Coordinator for staffing needs of nursing units.
  6. Monitor staff attendance and punctuality.
