Job Overview

ServiceMaster Restoration of Wilmington is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Crew Chief to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading restoration projects and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion
  • Supervise and train crew members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Conduct site assessments and develop restoration plans to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their restoration requirements and provide solutions
  • Manage inventory and equipment to ensure that crew members have the necessary resources to complete projects
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in the fire/water mitigation field
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Availability and reliability
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy equipment
