About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Survey Crew Chief to lead our survey teams in Raleigh, NC. As a key member of our Survey/Geospatial team, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection of data from various sources, including air, ground, and subsurface.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage survey crews, ensuring timely and accurate data collection.
  • Oversee a range of survey projects, including NCDOT design and ROW, topographic, aerial ground control, boundary, construction, and ALTA.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement survey strategies and plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required; 10 years of field survey experience and at least 5 years of experience as a Crew Chief, or equivalent knowledge.
  • NCDOT project experience and proficiency in the use of Trimble equipment.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
