We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our policyholders and prospects, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders and prospects via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist with sales and service activities, including onboarding new policyholders and collecting documents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with policyholders and prospects to identify opportunities for growth and retention.
  • Work closely with the Account Manager to develop and implement sales and service strategies.
  • Handle office administrative tasks, including financial deposits and mail.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive and outgoing attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office.
