Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nursing Specialist - Critical Care to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced critical care environment and possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to healthcare providers
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and processes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current nursing license in the state of Washington
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a critical care environment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) certification
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac rhythms and medication administration

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 36 hours per week. Shifts may vary, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
