Job OverviewPosition Summary

The Table Games Dual Rate Supervisor is accountable for executing all dealing functions at the designated table while serving as a Dealer. This role involves overseeing all games within a specified area, safeguarding casino assets, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring adherence to procedural compliance among all team members in a supervisory capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct continuous inspections of cards to uphold the security and integrity of the assigned table.
  • Facilitate and manage the game operations at the designated table.
  • Ensure compliance with Gaming Commission regulations, internal controls, and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Process cash exchanges for gaming chips following established protocols.
  • Deliver guest service in alignment with the Soboba Service Standard.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all departmental policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the operation of table games within the assigned area.
  • Monitor all tables to ensure game protection and safeguard casino assets.
  • Supervise all Dealers and Dual Rates in the assigned area to guarantee accurate transactions and compliance with STGC regulations, internal controls, and departmental policies.
  • Accurately perform player ratings for all tables in the designated area.
  • Engage in special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills are essential to foster a positive and professional image.
  • A combination of education, experience, and training that equips the individual with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Previous supervisory experience in Table Games is preferred.
  • Proficient in game procedures and capable of efficiently dealing all games offered.
  • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Soboba Tribal Gaming Commission license.
  • Required to undergo and achieve negative results on all drug and/or alcohol tests.
