Closet America is a dynamic company that's making a mark in the interior design industry. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us continue transforming lives, one space at a time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.

Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience required; 1-2 years experience preferred
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- Great organization skills
- Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques
- Professional conduct and appearance
- Must be articulate with a pleasant phone manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite preferred (Outlook, Word, Excel, Calendar, etc.)
