Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide routine daily nursing care and services to patients in accordance with their care plan. This role requires a strong commitment to patient safety and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to assigned patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Document patient care and observations as required.
  • Advise supervising charge nurses of patient status at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Contribute to a safe and clean environment by promoting patient independence and reporting any hazards or malfunctions.
  • Attend in-service training programs to maintain nursing assistant certification annually.
  • Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks as needed to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment.
Requirements
  • State certification as a Nursing Assistant is mandatory.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
