Job Summary

We're looking for a clinically oriented ambassador who will drive the adoption and sales of our TCAR procedure. As a trusted clinical partner, you'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to provide sound technical and clinical support, ensuring procedural success and superior outcomes for our products. Your excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex medical device technologies will be essential in building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and driving sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality support to accounts, ensuring procedural success and superior outcomes for Silk Road Products
  • Drive safe adoption and superior outcomes of TCAR procedures by providing sound technical and clinical support
  • Support TCAR teams with appropriate products, clinical literature, and pre-case planning strategy
  • Educate implanting teams on proper indications for TCAR procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and relevant literature
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal customer support and product improvement
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly
  • Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and handle administrative responsibilities
  • Report device complaints to proper departments within quality assurance within Silk Road Medical
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and training sessions
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Stay current with local, national, and international regulations, standards, and guidelines applicable to medical devices and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or technical degree or comparable experience
  • Typically, 8+ years clinical, medical device, or related experience
  • Experience in a consultative role in an applicable vascular environment; i.e., operating room setting
