Wolford Retail Stores is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in New York. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve store sales goals and maximize revenue.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales consultants.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the luxury brand image.
- Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of retail experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
