Luxury Retail Store Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Wolford Retail Stores in NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and leadership.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales floor team, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:- Strive to achieve store sales goals by implementing effective sales strategies and providing excellent customer service.
- Lead the sales floor team, including recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Solve customer complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- 1+ year of retail experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Excel is required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation, personal, and sick time off.
