Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. This includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated at $60,000 per year, with opportunities for commission and bonus based on performance. You will also receive health benefits, paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), profit sharing, and a chance to grow professionally through training and development.


Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening are essential.
  • You should be people-oriented, self-motivated, proactive in problem solving, and able to work in a team environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish is required, and you must be able to obtain Life and Health license as well as Personal Lines Licenses.
  • An Associate’s degree or higher is required.
