Job Summary

Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU) is seeking a mission-driven, skilled, and collaborative human resources executive to serve as the University's next Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The CHRO will provide strategic guidance and support to the executive team and senior leadership on all human capital-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support the University's mission and goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leadership on HR-related matters.
  • Manage a small team of HR professionals and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Significant experience in HR, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
