Job Title: AM Server

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AM Server to join our team at Collegiate Hotel Group. As an AM Server, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take accurate food orders from guests and ensure timely delivery of meals.
  • Monitor food distribution to ensure that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and presented.
  • Check the serving station before, during, and after your shift to ensure proper set-up and cleanliness.
  • Abide by all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Be familiar with all menu items, their preparation, and service procedures.
  • Total checks, present to guests, and accept payment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Able to work flexible hours and shifts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to multi-task.
