The Nursing Practice and Professional Development Specialist (Nurse Educator) for Critical Care is a registered nurse who plays a pivotal role in fostering the professional competence and growth of nursing staff across various environments. This position involves the strategic planning, organization, implementation, and assessment of educational initiatives tailored for nursing personnel, utilizing principles of nursing and adult learning theories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive educational programs for nursing staff.
  • Act as a mentor and resource for nursing leaders and staff in professional practice.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of educational interventions and make necessary adjustments.
