About the Role

This Pantry Inventory Manager position is a key part of our operations team, responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring the smooth operation of our pantry management system.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels, monitoring stock levels and ordering replacement inventory as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of office coffee and water equipment, including conducting minor repairs and adjustments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized storage room, establishing product par levels and ordering replacement inventory as needed.
  • Understand and practice food safety and sanitation procedures, ensuring a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service role, preferably in an office setting.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and food safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $37,440 - $44,320, based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks per year.
