Job Title: Outside Sales Rep

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cabinetry and millwork sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, and establish strong relationships with customers and contractors.
  • Recommend service and product enhancements to improve sales potential, and manage sales from start to install.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively adapt sales strategies.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, timely resolution of customer issues, and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of Outside Sales or direct to contractor sales experience with Cabinetry and/or Millwork.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and cabinet layouts, and experienced in cabinetry design and field & final measurements.
  • Must demonstrate reliability, efficiency, and ability to multitask, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Cabinetry software.
  • Ability to recognize customer needs and sell within the catalog of products, with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
