Inside Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Colony Hardware. As a key contact for our customers, you will be responsible for processing quotes, entering orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to ensure they order the right products and that the orders are ready on time.
- Provide a consultative approach to customer service, suggesting additional and alternative products, add-ons, and other support.
- Coordinate with outside sales, operations, purchasing, and other departments to process orders.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email, responding to their needs quickly and accurately.
- Support operations by pulling orders and packing them as needed.
