Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to solve complex problems in the field of health devices and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-performing machine learning models for health devices and systems.
  • Gather, clean, and prepare data from various sources for analysis.
  • Develop and refine ML algorithms to solve complex problems on low-resource edge devices.
  • Train and evaluate ML models, conducting experiments and testing in diverse environments.
  • Collaborate closely with data, software, and hardware engineers to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in machine learning engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries like Pandas, Numpy, and PyTorch.
  • Hands-on experience developing models for wearables or mobile edge devices.
  • Strong skills in creating end-to-end solutions for ambiguous problems.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
