You'll work closely with our experienced agents and staff to provide top-notch service and support to our policyholders, helping them navigate the complex world of insurance and find the right solutions for their needs.

**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct meetings with new and potential clients to understand their individual circumstances and present the best insurance policies to meet their needs
* Maintain a portfolio of existing customers and pursue insurance sales with new clients using sales strategies that may include cold calling and networking
* Take ownership of ensuring accurate records of all necessary bookkeeping, client, and sales reports to track and communicate the status of assigned goals
* Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer's individual needs
* Develop lasting relationships within your local community

**Qualifications:**

* Fundamental computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
* Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills
* Ability to learn and understand state and federal regulations that affect insurance sales, insurance clients, and the insurance industry as a whole
* Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial
* Must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license
* Good communication skills to explain complex insurance programs to customers

**Compensation:**

* $66,000 at plan commission
