At ST2 ManTech Advanced Systems Intl, we're seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator III to join our team in the DMV area. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in designing and creating SQL tables, unstructured data systems, and data transmission interfaces for our interconnecting system.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure data management systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate closely with Software Development Teams to support their needs and ensure seamless integration of database solutions.
  • Provide planning and guidance to the Database Administration Team, reviewing work products and results to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve database performance and security.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Five or more years of related experience, with a strong background in database administration and security.
  • Hold one of the following certifications within 6 months of commencing work: CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, CE, CND, or SSCP.

Clearance Requirements:

  • This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in presentations and meetings.
