- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- National Provider BLS certification upon hire.
- 6 months of healthcare experience, including 6 months of medical assisting experience.
- Preferred qualifications include national medical assistant certification.
